What does the extra connection service for white goods and kitchen appliances entail?

  • We’ll unpack your product for you and take the packaging material with us
  • We’ll put your washing machine in the place you want
  • We’ll level your product
  • We’ll connect your washing machine to the supply and drain hoses. Connecting your product to a pull switch isn't part of this service. You can select this service separately on the page of the product of your choice. You'll no longer need this connection service.
  • We’ll take your old product from the spot you used it in
  • We’re not leaving until everything works. Promise.

You can add this connection service on the product page of your washing machine. The price ranges from € 9.95 to € 29.95. Watch this video to see how we work together to ensure safe delivery.

Do you take my old white goods product or kitchen appliance with you for free?

Yes, as long as the product is similar in size. Make sure to prepare for this, otherwise our delivery drivers can't take your product with them. You do this as follows:

Preparation without installation service

  • Have your product ready at your front door. If you didn't add our installation service, we'll only take your product with us if it's ready for us there. Do you want our delivery drivers to take your old product with them from the place you used it in? Order our installation service.
  • Make sure to clean, empty, and dry your product. That way, our delivery drivers can transport it safely. Do you need help disconnecting your washing machine or dryer? We have an instruction video for that.
  • Did you order a smaller white goods product that'll be delivered by PostNL? They'll take your old product with them if you prepare it properly. Put it in a box and stick a shipping label on the box. You can read how to do so here.

Note: you'll have to give us your old product during delivery. Is it not ready for us or do you want to use it a little longer? We can come back on a different day for € 50.

Preparation with installation service

  • We'll take your old product with us from the place you used it in. Even if that's the attic.
  • Make sure to empty, clean, and dry your product. That way, our delivery drivers can transport it safely. Do you need help disconnecting your washing machine or dryer? We have an instruction video for that.
  • Make sure the product is clear from other stuff and appliances. Is the product built into your kitchen? Clear the cabinet next to it, so our delivery drivers can get started right away.

Note: you'll have to give us your old product during delivery. Is it not ready for us or do you want to use it a little longer? We can come back on a different day for € 50.

Where in my home do you deliver white goods and kitchen appliances?

With the standard delivery, we'll carry your product to just past the front door. Do you choose our extra service or installation service? We'll then carry it to any spot in your home.

Standard delivery to just past your front door

  • We'll delivery to just past your front door. Do you live in an apartment? We'll carry your product to the 4th floor via the stairs. With the elevator, no floor is too high for us.
  • We're happy to take your old product with us if it's ready at the threshold.
  • Do you also want us to place the product in the desired spot? Choose the extra delivery service.

Delivery with extra (installation) serviceFor white goods and kitchen appliances, we offer extra services. This can be the installation service for washing machines and dryers. We'll carry your product to the desired spot in your home, including your attic, and we'll install it there. We'll take your old product with us from that spot. You add this service to your order on the page of your favorite product. When it's very busy, not all services are available, unfortunately.

What extra services do you offer for the delivery of white goods or kitchen appliances?

That differs per product. You can select the extra services on the page of the product you've chosen. Unfortunately, not all installation services are available if there's large demand.

Washing machines and dryers

  • We can place your washing machine, dryer, or washer dryer combination in the desired spot and connect it for you as well.
  • If you have a washing machine and dryer, we can place them on top of each other using a stacking kit.
  • If you have a pull switch and water connector, we can connect your appliance and disconnect the old one for you.
  • For some products, we also change the door direction for you by default.

Dishwashers, fridges, and freezers

  • We'll place your product in the desired spot in the house, level it, and connect it.
  • We'll build in your product and mount the front panel.
  • We'll take your old appliance with us for free if you've emptied and cleaned it. If you've selected the build-in service, we'll also take out the old appliance for you. If you didn't get this service, we ask you to take out the appliance yourself and place it near the front door so we can take it with us.

Ovens and microwaves

  • We'll place your product in the desired spot in the house, level it, and connect it.
  • We'll build in your product in the desired spot and take your old machine out.
  • We'll take your old product with us for free if you've emptied and cleaned it. If you chose the build-in service, we'll also take out the old product for you. If you didn't, we ask you to place it next to the front door yourself so that we can take it with us

On the Wadden Islands, you unfortunately can't use our installation service. Our delivery partner will deliver your order.

Do you also build in my product?

Yes, you choose the build-in service on the page of your chosen product or in the shopping cart. Isn't there an extra service on the page? Then we don't build in this product.

Unfortunately, our build-in service isn't available on the Wadden islands. Our delivery partner will deliver your order there.

Can I choose a specific delivery date for white goods and kitchen appliances?

You can choose a delivery day that suits you for each product when you place an order. We delivery on any day, also on Sunday.

For most products delivered by our own delivery service, you can also choose a time slot that suits you best. You have the following options:

Morning: delivery between 07:30 and 12:00 (between 09:00 and 13:00 on Sunday)

Evening: delivery between 17:00 and 22:00 (this option isn't available on Sunday)These time slots come with a fee between € 9 and € 39, depending on your chosen delivery day and delivery moment.

You can also choose free delivery:

Whole day: delivery between 07:30 and 22:00 (between 09:00 and 18:00 on Sunday)You can choose a time slot when you place your order, in the step after your shopping cart. After you plan the delivery, you can't change the time slot anymore.

For smaller packages that are delivered by PostNL, you can choose standard delivery between 08:00 and 22:00 (between 11:00 and 19:00 on Sunday,) or evening delivery between 18:00 and 22:00 (€ 0.99).

Delivery with extra connection servicePrepare for a safe delivery of your product by following the following rules:

  • Does your product need to be connected to the drain? Check if you have a drain pipe and whether it's at least 15cm long. Is that not the case? Make sure this is resolved before the installation
  • Check whether our delivery driver can fit the product through all doorposts, hallways, and the stairwell. Make sure that the product fits in the installation site.
  • Do you have an old product that we’ll pick up for you? Disconnect it.

Delivery with build-in serviceAre we going to build-in your product for you? Check before you order:

  • You can check whether the front panel and the existing niche are suitable for your new dishwasher here. Don't have a front panel? Make sure to get one the installation.
  • Make sure your old dishwasher isn't glued to the floor, counter, or adjacent kitchen cabinets.
  • Don't have a supply tap close to the installation site or is it calcified or corroded? Don't have a drain pipe or is it shorter than 15cm? Make sure this is resolved before the installation.
  • Check whether there's electricity already. If not, please contact an electrician before the installation.
  • Check whether our delivery driver can fit the product through all doorposts, hallways, and the stairwell. Make sure that the product fits in the installation site.
  • Clean your old built-in product. We'll take it out for you and we'll take it with us for free if you selected this free service.
